Data

• The engine is design to read/write all industry-standard survey data files in their native format without conversion
• CCESD is working with SPSS system files, using the SPSS io.dll direct. That is to say, installation of SPSS is not needed
• The system is equally capable of read/write xml formats including the DDI DTD
• For practical purposes, unlike SPSS itself, there is no known limitation on the number of data files that may be opened concurrently
• There is a relational link between Metadata and Data at the level of survey name and variable name
